Today was a day that both Morgan and Jiya had been anxiously awaiting, which was the arrival of their anniversary, As they sat on the balcony of their apartment and watched as the sunset painted with sky in colors of orange and pink, Morgan took Jiya's hand in his own as his heart overflowed with love for the woman beside him.

"Happy anniversary, Jiya, my love," he whispered, gently kissing her temple.

"And to you, my dear Morgan," she replied as she laid her head on his shoulder. In that moment, wrapped in the peacefulness of their love, they both knew that today was only just the very beginning of part of their journey through life together.
